      "value": "<strong>Your experience and mindset<br></strong><ul><li>2 to 4 years of experience in a GTM engineering, Revenue Operations, or Sales Engineering role</li><li>Hands-on experience building automation workflows and integrations across GTM tools (HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Zapier, Make, or similar)</li><li>Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines without needing an engineer to hold your hand</li><li>Obsessed with AI-native tooling and agentic workflows: you have built things with LLMs, not just used them</li><li>You think in systems: you see the whole flow before you touch a single tool</li><li>High ownership: you ship, you iterate, you improve</li></ul><strong>Preferred experience<br></strong><ul><li>Built, deployed, and continuously improved AI agents for end-to-end workflows that directly contributed to growing the top line</li><li>Familiarity augmenting your work with Claude CoWork (and similar)</li><li>Background in a high-growth B2B SaaS or fintech environment</li><li>Experience integrating GTM and Product data layers</li><li>Familiarity with the German SME or accounting and tax market.</li></ul>"
