    "description": "<h2>Position Summary</h2>\n<p></p>\n<p>Acuren Inspection is looking for qualified NDT RT Level II Technicians (CR/DR a plus) to support our operations in Savannah, GA and surrounding areas. <strong>THIS WILL BE A CALLOUT/TRAVEL POSITION.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Successful candidates must be able to travel up to 75% throughout Georgia and surrounding areas. (Environments will be Pulp & Paper, Gas Plants, Refineries and Pharmaceuticals.)</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>SIGN-ON BONUS AND RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE FOR QUALIFIED APPLICANTS.</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment</li>\n <li>Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using NDT methods of inspection</li>\n <li>Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations</li>\n <li>Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results</li>\n <li>Interpret radiographs, cathode ray tube (CRT) or digital readouts, conductivity meters and visual indicators</li>\n <li>Organize and report test results</li>\n <li>Perform specialized inspections</li>\n <li>May instruct and supervise others</li>\n <li>Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Some college preferred</li>\n <li>Certified Level II RT </li>\n <li>Preference will be given to candidates with CR/DR experience/certification</li>\n <li><p>Industrial Radiography Radiation Safety Personnel (IRRSP) or applicable agreement state card</p></li>\n <li>Additional NDT certifications would be considered an asset</li>\n <li>Technical background in NDT methods and procedures</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to effectively perform assigned NDT tasks and interpret results of inspections</li>\n <li>Knowledge of NDT equipment</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive salary</li>\n <li>Medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance</li>\n <li>401K Plan</li>\n <li>Paid Holidays</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Working Conditions</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Outside environment with continuous physical effort, exposure to 5-7 elements/conditions, moderate mental effort, and occasional requests for assistance. </li>\n <li>Travel may be required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Job Requirements & Demands:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lifting/carrying by weight (50 pounds)  frequently may be equired. </li>\n <li>Mobility such as reaching, kneeling/crawling, bending/crouching, and frequency/duration in which action is required. </li>\n <li>Endurance such as sitting, standing, walking, climbing, or driving, and frequency/duration in which action is required. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p>Acuren is a trusted, single source provider of technology-enabled asset protection solutions used to evaluate the structural integrity of critical energy, industrial and public infrastructures.
