    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p></p>\n<p>Since its founding in 1992, Edgewood Properties has established itself as a leading real estate development and property management company. </p>\n<p>With corporate headquarters in New Jersey, the company is on a course of growth leading to activities across the nation. </p>\n<p>Given ongoing construction and development plans, our current apartment portfolio of 5,000 plus units is expected to double in the next couple of years and rise to over 10,000 units in the next five years. </p>\n<p>Given our rapid portfolio growth, coupled with ownership's desire to develop and hold rather than sell, the timing is ideal for qualified candidates to come on-board. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are currently seeking  Full Time <strong>Self</strong> <strong>Storage Manager</strong><strong> </strong>to work out of our <strong>Piscataway, NJ</strong> location.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As part of our continued expansion, Edgewood Properties is seeking a permanent<strong> <em>Self</em> <em>Storage Manager</em></strong>. </p>\n<p>The ideal candidate should have retail experience as either an assistant manager or manager at a retail store.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities include but not limited to:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage self-storage facility ,including renting units, </li>\n <li>Processing payments, </li>\n <li>Customer service</li>\n <li>Collection calls</li>\n <li>Conducting auctions</li>\n <li>Admin functions as needed</li>\n <li>Some marketing and minor maintenance  </li>\n <li>Needs to be able to escort customers around the buildings,do walk-throughs</li>\n <li>Be able to work 8-10 hour days.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be very customer service oriented and able to work alone</li>\n <li>Prior mgmt experience preferred in retail or self-storage environment</li>\n <li>Min HS grad.
