Prospect has a long-term, value-oriented approach that employs fundamental bottoms-up research to identify investments that offer attractive risk and reward.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Operating Executive Program</span></span></p>\n<p>As an Operating Executive with Prospect, you will collaborate with our investment team to identify and pursue attractive acquisition opportunities across the U.S. Following a successful transaction, you will step into the role of President &amp; CEO of the acquired company, taking full ownership of strategy and operations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In this capacity, you will be accountable for overall P&amp;L performance, designing and executing growth initiatives, and leading the company’s day-to-day operations. As the senior-most executive within the business, you will partner closely with Prospect and the company’s board of directors, playing a central role in shaping the company’s long-term direction and value creation.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 10 years of senior management experience, with a proven track record of successful P&amp;L ownership and/or service as CEO, President, or General Manager.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to lead all aspects of a business, including strategy, operations, finance, and team development.</li>\n<li>Strong track record of driving profitability and cash flow growth, with an emphasis on EBITDA generation.</li>\n<li>Entrepreneurial mindset with the appetite to assume significant responsibility, balanced by the discipline to manage fiduciary obligations to diverse stakeholders.</li>\n<li>History of proactively building revenue and increasing profitability through business development and growth initiatives.</li>\n<li>Excellent professional references and a reputation for integrity and sound judgment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Location:</span></span></p>\n<p>Can be located anywhere in the U.S.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>",
