    "description": "<p>The PWP Coordinator will&nbsp;assist&nbsp;in program development, marketing, staff&nbsp;training&nbsp;and service monitoring for the clinic&rsquo;s Infant Mental Health program. This position will also&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;a caseload with children in our PWP Program (Infant Mental Health and Early Childhood Services).&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Master&rsquo;s degree in social work, psychology or other related human service field&nbsp;required.&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Full or Limited License in social work, counseling, or psychology in the State of Michigan&nbsp;required.&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Must&nbsp;have&nbsp;reliable&nbsp;mode of transportation and must&nbsp;possess&nbsp;a current valid State of Michigan driver&rsquo;s license.&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p>4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;At least two&nbsp;years&nbsp;direct clinical experience in providing 0-5&nbsp;homebased&nbsp;services&nbsp;required. Experience with cross-systems&nbsp;delivery of&nbsp;services.&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p>11. Knowledge of theory and practice of individual,&nbsp;group&nbsp;and family&nbsp;systems&nbsp;treatment.&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p>12. Competence in the delivery of crisis intervention services.&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p>13. Must&nbsp;be computer literate and have experience with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office.&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p>14. Ability to effectively, appropriately, and accurately communicate both orally and in writing.&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p>15. Ability to meet client service hours expectation as assigned by program supervisor.&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p>16. Ability and willingness to abide by all Starfish Family Services policies and procedures.&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p>17.
