    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We are Bring IT!</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Role</span></p>\n<p>We are seeking a Senior NetSuite Consultant to join our Managed Services team and serve as a trusted advisor to our growing portfolio of NetSuite customers. This role is ideal for a highly experienced consultant who thrives on solving complex problems, optimizing system usage, and delivering continuous value across multiple engagements.</p>\n<p>You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, troubleshoot issues, enhance their NetSuite configuration, and help them evolve their platform post-implementation.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Client Advisory &amp; Support</span></p>\n<p>- Serve as the primary functional expert for assigned clients, providing ongoing support across Finance, Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, Projects, or other applicable modules.</p>\n<p>- Manage and prioritize a queue of support requests, enhancement needs, and small-scale projects.</p>\n<p>- Conduct regular system reviews and recommend optimization opportunities aligned with client business goals.</p>\n<p>- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely and accurate resolutions.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Configuration &amp; Solution Delivery</span></p>\n<p>- Design, configure, and deploy NetSuite enhancements including workflows, forms, saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, and custom records.</p>\n<p>- Collaborate with technical teams for custom scripts, integrations, and complex solution design.</p>\n<p>- Execute small-to-medium-sized projects, such as module rollouts, new subsidiaries, customizations, or process redesigns.</p>\n<p>- Perform data imports, configuration updates, functional testing, and documentation.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Relationship Management</span></p>\n<p>- Build strong, proactive relationships with client stakeholders and serve as their go-to NetSuite advisor.</p>\n<p>- Participate in quarterly business reviews to provide insights, roadmap recommendations, and value-driven updates.</p>\n<p>- Clearly communicate timelines, risks, and requirements to clients and internal teams.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Quality &amp; Governance</span></p>\n<p>- Follow internal delivery and change management processes while ensuring SOX and audit compliance where applicable.</p>\n<p>- Maintain accurate documentation of requirements, configurations, test results, and client communications.</p>\n<p>- Support continuous improvement by contributing to internal knowledge bases, templates, and best practices.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Required Experience</em></span></p>\n<p>- 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite consulting experience, including configuration and solution design.</p>\n<p>- Strong expertise in at least two of the following process areas: Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Inventory &amp; Fulfillment, Projects/SuiteProjects, Manufacturing.</p>\n<p>- Demonstrated success supporting NetSuite clients in a Managed Services, Optimization, or Continuous Improvement environment.</p>\n<p>- Experience managing multiple clients and workstreams simultaneously.</p>\n<p>- Multilingual- Spanish and English-C1</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills &amp; Competencies</span></p>\n<p>- Deep understanding of NetSuite configuration tools (workflows, saved searches, KPIs, forms, roles, dashboards).</p>\n<p>- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.</p>\n<p>- Excellent customer-facing communication and relationship management skills.</p>\n<p>- Ability to balance strategic advisory work with hands-on configuration and support tasks.</p>\n<p>- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.</p>\n<p>- SuiteFoundation, Administrator and ERP Consultant certifications.</p>\n<p>- Experience collaborating with technical teams on SuiteScript, integrations, and APIs.</p>\n<p>- Prior experience in Professional Services or SaaS environments.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<p>- Competitive salary and performance-based bonus.</p>\n<p>- Remote-first culture.</p>\n<p>- Opportunities for continuous learning and certification reimbursement.</p>\n<p>- A collaborative team focused on excellence, innovation, and client success.</p>",
