As the successful candidate, you will have an important role in a large clinical and research-based program that strives to be the world leader in transplantation medicine/surgery. You will work with a team of clinicians and clinician-scientists.</p><p>Working under supervision of senior staff, the Research Analyst II exercises moderate judgment and decision-making in utilizing established policies and procedures to determine work methods and resolve problems. This may include: conducting literature searches/reviews for new proposals as directed; coordinating necessary data flow both internally as well as externally with collaborators from other sites; maintaining regulatory documents; participating in department review of data collection strategies; generating response curves, status reports and other statistical reports as required; assisting in the preparation of submissions to the Research Ethics Board; function as a resource in planning, implementing and evaluating a full range of programs and services that support education research and scholarly activities and performing other duties consistent with job classification, as requested.<br>\n<br>\n<strong>Duties</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate and manage clinical and research data collection activities within the Liver Transplant program</li><li>Conduct literature searches and reviews to support research proposals, manuscripts, and ongoing projects</li><li>Develop, maintain, and organize research databases, datasets, and regulatory documentation</li><li>Liaise with internal teams, external collaborators, and institutional departments regarding data flow and project coordination</li><li>Assist with Research Ethics Board (REB) submissions, amendments, and study documentation</li><li>Participate in the review and implementation of data collection strategies and quality assurance processes</li><li>Generate statistical summaries, reports, response curves, and other research-related outputs as required</li><li>Support education, research, and scholarly activities within the Ajmera Transplant Centre and perform related duties as assigned</li></ul>",
