This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing inventory, organizing materials, and ensuring the electrical and mechanical contractors have the devices, instrumentation and control valves as requested. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>About the Opportunity </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>A successful warehouse manager candidate should possess the following skills, experience, and responsibilities:  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage daily operations of the warehouse</li>\n <li>Track and maintain inventory of control devices, instrumentation and control valves and supplies</li>\n <li>Monitor incoming and outgoing devices. </li>\n <li>Organize the warehouse for efficiency and accessibility. </li>\n <li>Coordinate with site managers, project management and contractors to ensure job site needs are met and overages/shortages are identified early. </li>\n <li>Receive deliveries and verify shipments.</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.</li>\n <li>Manage stock levels and prevent shortages.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Warehouse management experience is required (3+ years)</li>\n <li>High School Diploma</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n <li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li>\n <li>Attention to detail and excellent ability to multitask with the ability to prioritize.</li>\n <li>Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other office software</li>\n <li>Excellent customer service skills</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment.</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills</li>\n <li>Experience ordering and tracking.</li>\n <li>Instrumentation and control valve knowledge is a plus. </li>\n <li>Experience operating a fork lift.</li>\n <li>Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction.</li>\n <li>Able to lift parcels up to 50lbs.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Compensation & Benefits Highlights</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Competitive Base Salary:</strong> $28.00/hr–$36.00/hr, depending on experience </p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Performance Bonuses:</strong> Bonus structure designed to reward results </p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Travel Perks:</strong> Travel incentives + per-diem packages for field assignments </p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Full Benefits Package:</strong> Medical, dental, and vision coverage </p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Retirement Ready:</strong> 401(k) with company match </p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Time Off:</strong><strong> </strong>Generous PTO which includes vacation, holidays, and unlimited personal time </p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Grow With Us:</strong> Ongoing training, certifications, and professional development support </p></li>\n</ul>",
