    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"color: #262626; font-size: 13px;\">Roles and Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Primary role is to effectively and efficiently lead a crew to install Masonry projects in a professional, high-quality, and timely manner.  This includes setting clear expectations for crew members, training members of the team as needed, providing every customer with an exceptional experience, and representing company values on the job. *</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Please note we are offering full time work, but presently we do not have full time work in masonry. You will be expected to work on the deck installation team as needed to stay busy full time until time that this area of speciality requires a full time crew.</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> Specific responsibilities include the following: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #262626; font-size: 13px;\">Care of your truck and tools: includes keeping the truck clean and tools and supplies organized; fill out DOT record weekly as per company requirements.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #262626; font-size: 13px;\">Stop and think through the job - ensuring you have the tools and supplies needed to complete before leaving the shop.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #262626; font-size: 13px;\">Pre-start customer walk-through: note and mark private utilities </span><em><span style=\"color: #262626; font-size: 13px;\">with</span></em><span style=\"color: #262626; font-size: 13px;\"> him/her, confirm placement and details, take notes as necessary; listen to and understand the customer’s needs and expectations and communicate those to the team; think about safety and security for pets and people. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #262626; font-size: 13px;\">Make sure that an Integrous yard sign gets placed before the job starts.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #262626; font-size: 13px;\">Give direction to crew members so that they always know what to do and are able to work efficiently including times when you are talking to the customer, problem-solving, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #262626; font-size: 13px;\">Train your crew members: give reasons, tips, strategies -  instructing your right-hand man on particulars of the job. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #262626; font-size: 13px;\">Watch for and eliminate hazards and unsafe practices during the installation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #262626; font-size: 13px;\">Respect crew members and customers by not participating in, or tolerating profanity, crude conversations, or loud music; you are responsible to represent our company and values </span><em><span style=\"color: #262626; font-size: 13px;\">at all times</span></em><span style=\"color: #262626; font-size: 13px;\"> while on the clock.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #262626; font-size: 13px;\">Keep trash picked up and site as clean as possible throughout the day, and clean up well at the end; ensure the trash is picked up, tools are accounted for, ground does not have excessive tracks or gullies, driveway is cleaned, and all dirt has been properly raked.  Think about the customer coming home and look for what he/she might see that could have been done better.</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #262626; font-size: 13px;\">Analyze each job and think through questions like, \"How could I have led the crew more efficiently? What could I do on the next project to continue to improve our customer satisfaction?\"</span><span style=\"color: #262626; font-size: 13px;\"> </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #262626; font-size: 13px;\">Turn in all receipts to the office.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #262626; font-size: 13px;\">As a foreman, all the work performed on the job, whether you did it or not, is your responsibility. Ensure that your crew members performed the work as they should have. You should be the one taking the last walk around the fence and property looking for problems.  When you find problems with crew members' work, always inform them of the problem and show them how to correct it so it will not happen in the future. Additionally, you are responsible to make sure that you are installing the product according to the customer’s direction and our contract. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"color: #262626; font-size: 13px;\">Essential Job-Related Requirements</span></span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Construction/Leadership experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Experience preferred in the following areas: Digging and pouring footings for columns, laying block/brick/veneer/natural stone. Outdoor kitchens and chimney building. Pouring concrete patios as well as installing patio pavers, flagstone, steps etc. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">A positive attitude, excellent character, leadership skills, self-motivation, adaptability, creativity, problem-solving ability, and exceptional work ethic.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Physical Demands</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">The physical demands listed below are representative of those that must be met by a Crew member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 80 pounds regularly throughout the workday.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Standing and Walking: Prolonged periods of standing and walking on various terrains, including uneven surfaces and scaffolding.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Bending and Squatting: Frequent bending, squatting, and kneeling required to perform tasks such as laying foundations, installing fixtures, and handling materials.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Climbing: Ability to climb ladders and scaffolding, often at significant heights, to perform work tasks safely.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Reaching and Grasping: Continuous reaching overhead and forward to manipulate tools and materials.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Stamina and Endurance: Ability to work in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain) for extended periods, often engaged in repetitive tasks throughout the day.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Coordination and Balance: Maintaining balance while performing tasks on scaffolding and ladders.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Qualifications</span></span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Masonry experience leading a crew/jobsite in the above mentioned areas. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Previous construction experience or training in the construction field is a plus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Familiarity with safety practices and regulations in the construction industry.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Ability to read and interpret technical documents.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Strong teamwork and communication skills.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Working Conditions</span></span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Work is conducted primarily outdoors on construction sites, with exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, and dust.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">May involve working near heavy machinery and equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>",
