apply today.</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Occupational Therapist (OT)</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide skilled occupational therapy evaluations and treatments in accordance with physician orders</li>\n <li>Develop and update individualized treatment plans and care goals</li>\n <li>Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation</li>\n <li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams regarding resident progress and discharge planning</li>\n <li>Participate in resident care planning meetings</li>\n <li>Support resident and family education initiatives</li>\n <li>Assist with mentorship and clinical support activities, as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>From</h2>\n<h2>Up to</h2>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Occupational Therapist (OT)</p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Graduation from an approved school of occupational therapy required.</p></li>\n <li><p>State license to practice occupational therapy required.</p></li>\n <li><p>Two years’ experience in occupational therapy preferred.</p></li>\n <li><p>Interest in occupational therapy treatment programs for the geriatric and subacute populations utilizing a team approach.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to direct others necessary.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing required.</p></li>\n <li>Current, valid CPR/BLS credential</li>\n <li><p>Sense of responsibility and ability to work well with residents, families, and other staff members required.</p></li>\n <li><p>Qualities of maturity, diplomacy, and ability to work well with others required.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to work with geriatric and chronically ill residents, as well as other professionals in a friendly and helpful manner necessary.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to perform tasks to established standards of excellence required.</p></li>\n <li>This position requires regular interaction with residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors.
