In order to reach youth who are currently unable to access a Club, the Mobile Clubhouse Experience brings the Club and its services where they are needed most. The mission of the Mobile Clubhouse Experience is simple: Every kid eats. Every kid Learns. Every kid Thrives. The part-time Mobile Youth Specialist is responsible for mobile program implementation, youth program quality, administrative compliance and safety. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Mobile Program Implementation: Accountable for assigned programming and activities Accountable for providing age appropriate services and activities to youth Accountable for promoting and maintaining a culture of safety Accountable for creating a fun and engaging learning environment Accountable for accurate and timely documentation and reporting Youth Program Quality: Accountable for fidelity of curriculum Accountable for quality programming and activities Accountable for implementing YPQ techniques Administrative Compliance: Complete all required reports and administrative duties on time. Collect and manage required data and internal and external reporting. Ensure accuracy of data and reporting. Ensure the effective completion of all assessment and measurement activities of programs Comply with all administrative policies and procedures, processes and controls Accountable for accurate and timely collection and review of membership application Accountable for accurate and timely paperwork, reports, and data entry Accountable for utilizing all BGCGTC communication tools regularly
