          "text": "<p>Vuori is seeking a Director of Stores to lead our fast-growing&#xa0;store&#xa0;fleet and field teams. We are seeking an experienced leader with high energy, excellent communication, and creative problem-solving skills. You will coach and mentor the&#xa0;General Managers&#xa0;and District Managers, develop business strategies, collaborating regularly with leadership and cross-functional partners. In this role&#xa0;you’ll&#xa0;be the primary bridge between our Field and HQ teams, collaborating to maximize performance by building a world-class, customer-first experience in our retail stores. &#xa0;</p><p>Your success will be measured by tangible results, including store sales, customer satisfaction&#xa0;ratings,&#xa0;and efficient back-end operations. You will provide innovative solutions that support key initiatives. This role manages multiple P&amp;Ls, defines&#xa0;priorities,&#xa0;and drives operational improvements and efficiencies by&#xa0;identifying&#xa0;opportunities and leading cross-functional initiatives. The Director of Stores will report to the VP of&#xa0;Stores.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>What&#xa0;you’ll&#xa0;get to do:&#xa0;&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Continuously&#xa0;identify&#xa0;and&#xa0;execute on&#xa0;opportunities to improve the in-store experience &#xa0;</li><li>Lead a team of District Managers throughout the&#xa0;Eastern region of the U.S. market. &#xa0;</li><li>Oversee general operations of stores and help foster an agile culture and continuous improvement mindset among&#xa0;General Managers&#xa0;&amp; District Managers including data collection, testing, and ongoing training &#xa0;</li><li>Work closely with our HQ partners to achieve store level targets, omni-channel&#xa0;objectives, and develop incentives to maximize performance &#xa0;</li><li>Partner closely with Vuori marketing and community teams to develop&#xa0;multi-channel&#xa0;initiatives to drive traffic, increase AOV, and generate buzz around our stores &#xa0;</li><li>Partner with Vuori planning team to&#xa0;optimize&#xa0;store inventory, operational&#xa0;processes&#xa0;and tools &#xa0;</li><li>Assess business trends and actively partner with corporate stakeholders&#xa0;in order to&#xa0;strategize local growth and drive business initiatives &#xa0;</li><li>Be the gatekeeper of Vuori’s culture and values at the store level. &#xa0;</li><li>Partner with the People and Culture team to further enable the organizational health in the stores fleet in all aspects of Life at Vuori. &#xa0;</li><li>Collaborate with Vuori’s training and community teams to consistently refresh and enhance training materials &amp; in-store activations. &#xa0;</li></ul>",
