We are looking for a strategic thinker to drive our data</p>\n<p>architecture forward and empower cross-functional teams with ML/LLM capabilities.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>WHAT YOU’LL DO:<br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Optimize existing Machine Learning projects, improving execution speed, code quality, and system architecture</li>\n<li>Automate AI workflows and integrate LLMs to enhance team productivity and operational efficiency</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain lightweight internal APIs to facilitate seamless cross-departmental collaboration and data accessibility</li>\n<li>Design scalable data pipelines and implement data governance policies to ensure data integrity, quality, and security</li>\n<li>Partner closely with engineers, product managers, and marketers to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>WHAT YOU’LL NEED:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, Computer Science/Engineering/Information Management major is a plus</li>\n<li>1-3 years of experience in Machine Learning, Data Engineering or a related role</li>\n<li>Strong proficiency in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and Python</li>\n<li>Experience in API development and backend integration is a plus</li>\n<li>Familiarity with server deployment and containerization (e.g., Docker, Linux)</li>\n<li>Experience with LLM APIs, AI automation tools, or MLOps frameworks is a plus</li>\n<li>Collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively within a team</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills and good English communication skills</li>\n</ul>",
