We value our professional and caring employees who are dedicated to improving people’s lives and we want&nbsp;<strong>YOU&nbsp;</strong>to join our team!</p>\n<p><strong>What&nbsp;you will be doing:&nbsp;</strong>You’ll be responsible for&nbsp;performing guard and patrol duties in assigned areas to protect life and property against theft, misappropriation, and disasters in compliance with government and management directives.</p>\n<p><strong>Duties include, but not limited to:</strong></p>\n<ol>\n <li>Secure building and property by checking doors, windows, lights, electrical appliances, equipment, locks and emergency equipment’ maintain log of findings and corrective action taken</li>\n <li>Perform parking and traffic control duties</li>\n <li>Perform routine vehicle equipment inspection</li>\n <li>Provide general transportation services as necessary</li>\n <li>Respond to fire alarms, take necessary steps to report fires, assist in suppressing fires and resent fire alarm equipment</li>\n <li>Set up and check operation of intrusion alarm systems in building as required</li>\n <li>Assist staff and law enforcement personnel in controlling disturbances; conduct preliminary investigation of crimes</li>\n</ol>\n<p><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Two years related experience</li>\n <li>Ability to occasionally lift and carry 50-70 lbs.</li>\n <li>Security guard certification or ability to obtain certification within 90 days of employment require.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Management &amp; Training Corporation (MTC) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
