This role is critical to embedding a culture of safety, sustainability, and excellence in everything we do.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions/Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Global EHSQ Leadership</strong>: Support and strengthen EHSQ programs across Nikkiso CEIG’s worldwide sites and projects.</li>\n <li><strong>Compliance & Standards</strong>: Ensure adherence to international, regional, and local requirements (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OSHA, EPA, etc.).</li>\n <li><strong>Culture Builder</strong>: Promote a proactive, prevention-first mindset across operations, engineering, and service teams.</li>\n <li><strong>Continuous Improvement</strong>: Drive initiatives that reduce risks, enhance quality, and improve environmental performance.</li>\n <li><strong>Training & Development</strong>: Deliver EHSQ training that empowers employees and contractors to lead with safety and quality.</li>\n <li><strong>Incident & Audit Management</strong>: Lead investigations, audits, and root cause analysis—implementing corrective and preventive actions.</li>\n <li><strong>Collaboration</strong>: Partner with global leaders to align EHSQ priorities with business goals and customer expectations.</li>\n <li><strong>Sustainability Impact</strong>: Contribute to initiatives that cut emissions, minimize waste, and support the clean energy transition.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p>\n<p>Work in both office and workshop environments at company and customer sites. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>What you bring:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in <strong>EHS, Quality, Engineering, or related field</strong> (advanced certifications like NEBOSH, ISO Lead Auditor, or Six Sigma a plus).</li>\n <li><strong>10+ years of global or multi-site EHSQ experience</strong> in industrial, manufacturing, or energy sectors.</li>\n <li>In-depth knowledge of <strong>international standards and compliance frameworks</strong>.</li>\n <li>Strong track record in <strong>safety culture, quality management, and sustainability programs</strong>.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, cross-cultural collaboration, and influencing skills.</li>\n <li>Hands-on approach with the ability to work globally across teams and time zones.</li>\n <li>Willingness to <strong>travel internationally</strong> to support sites, customers, and projects.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Other Duties</strong></p>\n<p>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
