The best part is that you'll be joining a team of friendly, certified pros, and the rewarding feeling that comes with being truly valued and appreciated.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Position Overview:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Our Lawn Care Technicians manage and grow a lawn care route that consists of 500 – 600 customers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Perform fertilizer, weed control, and insect control applications for our customers every 6-7 weeks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Work with your customers by evaluating and communicating potential problems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Drive and maintain assigned company vehicle.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Safely operate and maintain the ride-on machine and other assigned equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Other responsibilities as assigned.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum requirements:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Lawn Care Technicians must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Exceptional customer service &amp; communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Willingness and desire to learn about the lawn care industry.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Demonstrates the ability to follow directions and pay close attention to detail.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Be a self-starter who enjoys working outdoors and, in a team, environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Ability to meet physical job requirements including but not limited to: independently lifting or carrying 50 lbs., walking, standing, and bend for moderate periods of time.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We offer:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">An excellent incentive-based pay structure with the ability to earn up to $30 an hour. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Performance bonuses and recognition awards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Paid vacations and holidays.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Medical, Dental, Vision &amp; Life Insurance.
