Cela explique probablement pourquoi on retrouve nos vélos sur les routes, les pistes et les sentiers de plus de soixante-dix pays et pourquoi nous sommes devenus une référence au sein de la communauté cycliste internationale, tant chez les professionnels qu’auprès des cyclistes du dimanche.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">LE RÔLE</span></p>\n<p>Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un.e candidat.e travaillant.e et dynamique pour se joindre à notre équipe de Production nord-américaine en tant que Commis à l’entrepôt et à l’emballage, basé à notre bureau chef de Montréal. Le.la candidat.e relèvera du Superviseur, Production et Entrepôt, et sera responsable de la sélection des pièces requises pour l'assemblage des vélos ainsi que l’emballage des vélos complets en prévision de l’expédition. De plus, le.la Commis assistera l'équipe dans diverses tâches au sein de l'entrepôt, contribuant ainsi au bon déroulement et à l'efficacité de la production.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sélectionner les pièces nécessaires à l'assemblage des vélos à partir de la nomenclature à l'aide d'un scanner et d'un chariot.</li>\n<li>Réapprovisionner les emplacements de prélèvement avec l’inventaire approprié.</li>\n<li>Veiller à l'exactitude de l’inventaire dans le système de gestion intégré en transférant les quantités d'un emplacement à un autre à l'aide du scanner.</li>\n<li>Emballer les vélos assemblés pour l'expédition.</li>\n<li>Contribuer à maintenir la propreté et l'ordre dans l'entrepôt et les espaces de travail.</li>\n<li>Participer au décompte trimestriel de l’inventaire.</li>\n<li>Respecter les consignes de santé et de sécurité et contribuer à la prévention.</li>\n<li>Effectuer d'autres tâches liées à l'entrepôt à la demande du superviseur.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">EXIGENCES</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Au moins 1 an d'expérience dans un entrepôt avec des responsabilités similaires.</li>\n<li>Expérience avec l'utilisation de scanners ou de technologies similaires pour garantir l'exactitude de l’inventaire.</li>\n<li>Compétences de base en informatique pour pouvoir cataloguer les vélos dans le système de gestion.</li>\n<li>Bonne condition physique : capacité à travailler debout pendant de longues périodes et à soulever des charges pouvant atteindre 15 kg (­33 lbs).</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">QUALITÉS RECHERCHÉES</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Souci du détail, esprit d'équipe et sens de la collaboration.</li>\n<li>Volonté de respecter les directives et les procédures.</li>\n<li>Disponible pour travailler entre 8h et 17h, du lundi au vendredi</li>\n<li>Passion pour le cyclisme et connaissance des pièces de vélo, un atout.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CE QUE NOUS OFFRONS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un environnement de travail stimulant et détendu.</li>\n<li>Une équipe passionnée et dynamique.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Un bureau qui donne le goût d’y venir, près du Parc Jarry, des pistes cyclables.</li>\n<li>Accès au programme de rabais employé sur nos produits et ceux de l’industrie.</li>\n<li>Programme d’assurances complet, incluant la télémédecine.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WHO ARE WE?</span></p>\n<p>Argon 18’s mission is to merge creativity and technology to build a global cycling brand driven by performance, fueled by local passion. Today, Argon 18 bikes are ridden on the roads, tracks and trails of more than 70 countries worldwide. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">THE ROLE</span></p>\n<p>We are currently searching for a dynamic team member to join our North American Production team as Warehouse clerk – Picking &amp; Packaging. Reporting to the Production and Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse clerk is responsible for the picking of parts required for the assembly of bikes, and for the packaging of complete bikes assembled in the Montreal Headquarter. Furthermore, the incumbent will work in close collaboration with the Production and Warehouse Supervisor to assist the team with various tasks in the warehouse, contributing to the effective and efficient running of the production.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Picks parts required for the assembly of bicycles based on BOM using a scanner and cart.</li>\n<li>Replenish the pick locations with inventory.</li>\n<li>Ensure inventory accuracy in the ERP by transferring quantities from one location to another using the scanner.</li>\n<li>Package the assembled bikes for shipment.</li>\n<li>Manage the recycling of cardboard boxes.</li>\n<li>Participate in keeping the warehouse and assembly workspace clean and orderly.</li>\n<li>Participate in quarterly inventory count.</li>\n<li>Respect the health and safety guidelines and contribute to prevention.</li>\n<li>Perform other warehouse related tasks per Supervisor’s request.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">SKILLS &amp; EXPERIENCE REQUIRED</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment with similar responsibilities.</li>\n<li>Experience using scanners or similar technology to ensure inventory accuracy.</li>\n<li>Basic computer skills to catalog the packaged bikes in the inventory system.</li>\n<li>Good physical ability: capacity to work standing for long periods and to lift loads of up to 33 lbs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN A CANDIDATE</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attention to detail, team oriented and collaborative.</li>\n<li>Desire to follow guidelines and procedures.</li>\n<li>Available to work between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.</li>\n<li>Passion for cycling and knowledge of bicycle parts, an asset.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WHAT WE OFFER</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A stimulating and relaxed work environment.</li>\n<li>A passionate and dynamic team.</li>\n<li>An office space that makes you eager to come to work, close to Jarry Park and bicycle paths.</li>\n<li>Access to the employee discount program on our products, as well as industry pro deals.</li>\n<li>Comprehensive group insurance program, including telemedicine.</li>\n</ul>",
