    "description": "<h2>About JerseySTEM</h2>\n<p><strong>All JerseySTEM roles are pro-bono (unpaid) positions.</strong>JerseySTEM is a mission-driven professional network of pro-bono contributors dedicated to improving access to STEM education and career pathways for underserved middle school girls in New Jersey.</p>\n<p>Members contribute their professional skills and leverage their networks in service of the organization’s gender-equity agenda.Membership is a <strong>minimum six-month commitment of approximately six flexible hours per week </strong>and includes a $100 refundable deposit, returned after six months of active membership. K–12 educators, retirees, veterans, interns, and students are exempt from the deposit.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>This is a pro-bono position.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>JerseySTEM is looking for talented professionals across our departments to commit time and energy as long-term engagement for our mission to provide STEM education to underrepresented middle school girls.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The <strong>Robotics process automation developer</strong> uses <strong>Automation Anywhere</strong> to develop Bots capable of automating manual work.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Learn and Use Automation Anywhere</li>\n <li>Analyzing as-is processes and building as-is process maps via data.io</li>\n <li>Conducting interviews with SMEs to decompose as-is process maps</li>\n <li>Develop Bots according to Specs</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of at least one programming language</li>\n <li>Strong communication/presentation skills to effectively interact with team members, scrum masters and leadership</li>\n <li>Experience building workflows</li>\n <li>A fast learner who can take on initiatives and ownership</li>\n <li>A logical mind, critical thinking and highly organizational skills are required</li>\n <li>Good analytical skill, self-motivated and good problem solving skills</li>\n <li>Self-motivated, change agent</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Automation Anywhere preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>For interns: 20+ hours/week Monday-Friday 3pm-6pm</strong></p>\n<p><strong>For non interns</strong>  5-7 hours/ week with committed work times, for a minimum 6 months period <strong>Location</strong><strong> : </strong>This position is remote. </p>\n<h2>Search Word</h2>#RPA, #AutomationAnywhere, #RoboticProcessAutomation, #BusinessProcessManagement",
