    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Automated Guided Vehicle Operator</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>SUMMARY:&nbsp;</strong>Under general supervision, the Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) Operator maintains working operations of AGV systems. The Operator shall correct AGV malfunctions on the floor to support operations at the customer facility.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><table cellpadding=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" align=\"left\"><tbody><tr><td height=\"0\" style=\"width: 0px;\"><br></td></tr><tr><td><br></td><td height=\"30\" bgcolor=\"#DFF1EB\">&nbsp;<table cellpadding=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" width=\"100%\"><tbody><tr><td><br></td></tr></tbody></table>&nbsp;</td></tr></tbody></table><p><strong><u>Duties include but are not limited to:</u></strong></p><ol style=\"list-style-type: decimal;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li>Maintains a log of all faults/events during shift and submits them to the Team Lead.</li><li>Inspects Industrial Personnel Carriers (IPC) at the beginning of each shift and records information on the safety check list.</li><li>Reports any abnormal findings with IPCs to the AGV lead.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrates professionalism in all communications with client management.</li><li>Advises managers of any system discrepancies identified.</li><li>Assists technicians with crane and conveyor operations on SmartSort and WinTMC equipment? Computer programs?</li><li>Assists with weekly preventive maintenance PM? of AGVs as time allows.</li><li>Provides information to AGV Operator on the next shift outlining any guide path/stop changes made during the shift.</li><li>Understands and follows safety &amp; environmental regulations and identifies safety/environmental concerns.</li><li>Performs other duties as required within the scope of responsibility.</li></ol><table cellpadding=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\"><tbody><tr><td height=\"30\" bgcolor=\"#DFF1EB\" style=\"width: 723px;\">&nbsp;<table cellpadding=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" width=\"100%\"><tbody><tr><td><br></td></tr></tbody></table>&nbsp;</td></tr></tbody></table><p><strong>To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty to a satisfactory standard. Familiarity with electronic, mechanical and hydraulic repair. Must be able to read codes, instructions and electrical and hydraulic schematics.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>License/Certification</u></strong><strong>:&nbsp;</strong>Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license and clean driving record. Possess, or be willing to obtain, certification to meet OSHA standards.</p><p><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>Language Skills</u></strong><strong>:&nbsp;</strong>Ability to exercise excellent communication, organization, time management and listening skills. Ability to speak effectively with customers or employees of an organization.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong><u>Mathematical Skills</u></strong><strong>:&nbsp;</strong>Possess basic knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Reasoning Ability</u></strong><strong>:</strong> Ability to troubleshoot issues and solve complex problems Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety manual, operating maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.</p><table cellpadding=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\"><tbody><tr><td height=\"30\" bgcolor=\"#DFF1EB\" style=\"width: 716px;\">&nbsp;<table cellpadding=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" width=\"100%\"><tbody><tr><td><br></td></tr></tbody></table>&nbsp;</td></tr></tbody></table><p><strong>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by any employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Follows prescribed safety practices and uses safety equipment such as protective ear devices, hard hats, hard-toe shoes, gloves, respirators, and protective clothing.
