      "Value": "<strong>Soap Operator - Stanley, WI</strong><br>This is a full-time, hourly position.<br><br><strong>Job Summary-</strong> Under limited supervision, performs various duties on the production floor.&nbsp; The duties may vary by day and hour, may vary based on assignment.&nbsp; Duties may include but are not limited to the following: mixing operations, dryer operations and process trouble shooting.<br><br><strong>Essential Job Functions</strong><ul><li>Responsibilities to include:</li><li>Adhere to all safety, quality and GMP requirements of the plant</li><li>Basic knowledge and duties of general plant upkeep such as painting, cleaning, floor care</li><li>Some of the duties below pertain to either food side, soap side or both</li><li>Assembles equipment for startup of dryers, mixers, tanks, pumps, blenders and milling equipment for both food side and soap side dryers</li><li>Abides to all metal detector, screen and magnet check policies</li><li>Pulls product samples following guidelines preventing contamination, and test samples</li><li>Provides accurate and timely completion of daily production paperwork</li><li>Properly follow product recipes and mixing procedures</li><li>Insures measures are in place and abides to safe allergen procedures</li><li>Keeps production area clean according to current GMP policies</li><li>Able to operate pumps, valves and controls of dryers, mixers, vats, and holding tanks</li><li>Provides startup of honey, molasses dryers and/or soap dryers</li><li>Provides moisture, granulation, and color testing of finished product</li><li>Operates forklifts, and scissor lifts</li><li>Performs end of week wash and sanitation</li><li>Knowledge of boiler and steam system</li><li>Knowledge of plant waste water system</li><li>Pump off tankers of honey, molasses, or soap slurry</li><li>Train potential operators</li><li>Other duties as assigned by management</li><li>Some of the job duties are specific to food side dryers only</li></ul><strong>Education/Training&nbsp;- </strong>High School Diploma or GED<br><br><strong>Experience&nbsp;- </strong>Entry Level Position<br><br><strong>Special Skills</strong><ul><li>Communication Skills</li><li>Documentation Skills&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><strong>Working Conditions</strong><ul><li>Humidity: 90% to 30%</li><li>Due to the wide variety of tasks, this job can be exposed to a variety of environmental conditions</li><li>Special Hazards: mechanical, electrical, chemical</li><li>Work overtime as necessary, including some weekends</li><li>Protective Clothing Required: Hardhats, earplugs, safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, gloves, chemical and rain suits</li></ul><strong>Physical Requirements</strong><ul><li>Frequently move up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Sit</li><li>Stand</li><li>Move from area to area</li><li>Remove refuse from grounds and department floors</li><li>Transport raw materials &amp; chemicals to equipment from storage areas</li><li>Position self to conduct work at various heights</li><li>Rotate body</li><li>Operate forklifts and scissors lifts</li><li>Ascend/descend from various levels</li><li>Adjust valves and dials as instructed</li><li>Repetitive use of hands</li></ul>ADM requires the successful completion of&nbsp;a&nbsp;background check.&nbsp;<br><br>REF:108586BR",
