Beloform Craft is seeking a Customer Service Trainer to develop, deliver, and enhance training programs that prepare customer service representatives for success. The ideal candidate will play a key role in onboarding new team members, improving communication skills, and ensuring employees have the knowledge and confidence to provide outstanding customer support.
Responsibilities
Conduct engaging training sessions for new and existing customer service employees. Develop and update training materials, guides, and learning resources. Assess training effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. Coach team members on communication techniques, customer engagement, and problem-solving skills. Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with management to ensure training programs align with company objectives. Support onboarding initiatives and facilitate smooth employee transitions. Maintain accurate training records and documentation.

Strong organizational and time-management skills. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
