Demonstrate the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences and quickly determine the “must haves” vs. “nice to haves”</span></li><li><span>Recommend ideas, strategies, and processes related to recruitment that will contribute to long-range growth of  the team and further Stefanini’s mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer</span></li><li><span>Must be able to recruit passive candidates and demonstrate the value proposition of the current opportunity</span></li></ul><p><strong><u><span>Basic Qualifications</span></u></strong> <strong> <span>:</span></strong></p><ul><li><span>Associate&apos;s or Bachelor&apos;s Degree desired</span></li><li><span>3+ years of corporate, search firm, or RPO recruiting experience, including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting</span></li><li><span>Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, while managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships. </span></li><li><span>Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and as a trusted business partner</span></li><li><span>Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates our customers</span></li><li><span>Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team</span></li></ul>",
