font-size: 14pt\">Lighting Controls Field Technician</span></span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><span> </span>to join our dynamic and growing team.  Successful candidate will work with contractors and facilities customers to commission and program lighting controls systems from multiple vendors.  Individual will work with project managers and sales staff throughout the construction process.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Meetings with Contractors during pre-installation phase</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Configure systems per specifications, primarily through specialized software</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Troubleshoot systems and related lighting components as necessary</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Coordinate and perform Training Sessions with End-Users for project completion</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Warranty and Service Calls as required</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Manage jobsite reporting in coordination with staff project managers</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Associate degree or Technical College program completion in a related field of study</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Software Experience – Microsoft Office Suite</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ability to Read and Understand Electrical Plans</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Excellent organizational skills and effective communication skills</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ability to work on multiple projects and manage workload to meet project deadlines</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ability to work independently as well as interact effectively with others</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
