In this role, you will fulfill the requests for parts and accessories to both technicians and the retail parts counter.<br><br>We provide a highly competitive compensation plan, along with the security of being a part of an award-winning location and team.</p><p><strong>What are the day-to-day responsibilities?</strong></p><ul><li>Assists all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.</li><li>Pulls and fills orders from stock.</li><li>Makes sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order.</li><li>Informs customers of companion part requirements and specials and ensures that the customer is exposed to the full product line.</li><li>Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.</li><li>Notifies parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.</li><li>Locates out-of-stock parts from outside source and submits an emergency order, if necessary.</li><li>Notifies all necessary parties when special ordered parts have been received.</li><li>Pulls orders for delivery, making sure all parts are tagged with customer names and job number.</li><li>Follows up on back-ordered parts and replenishes assigned inventory daily.</li><li>Verifies will-call and back-order files weekly and returns to vendors, or stocks those items not picked up or required.</li><li>Assists sales representatives with their orders.</li><li>Receives payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization.</li><li>Ensures that all charge sales are signed by the customer and that all customers receive their copy of the invoice.</li></ul><strong>What are the requirements for this job?</strong><ul><li>Must have 1 - 2 years Parts Experience.</li><li>High level of professionalism</li><li>Excellent oral, written and positive interpersonal communication skills</li><li>Strong customer service</li><li>Ability to work well under pressure</li><li>Computer literacy &ndash; (Internet, MS Office)</li><li>Strong organizational and follow-up skills</li><li>Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills</li><li>Call center experience is a plus, but not necessary.</li><li>Valid Driver&#39;s License</li><li>CDK experience Preferred</li></ul><p><br><strong>Lexus El Cajon&nbsp;</strong>offers a full comprehensive benefit package including Medical and Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, a 401K plan, Flexible Spending Accounts, advancement opportunities and much more!</p><p><br></p><p style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px; color: rgb(43, 51, 58); font-family: OpenSans, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;\"><br></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
