This role coordinates all trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal crews while serving as the primary field leader and technical authority.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Supervise daily jobsite operations and coordinate all trades and subcontractors</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain knowledge of project plans, specifications, schedules, and budgets</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Develop and update construction schedules, including weekly and look-ahead plans</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Enforce jobsite safety programs; conduct daily site walks and weekly safety meetings</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Manage quality control, inspections, and code compliance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, daily reports, and record drawings</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Work closely with the Project Manager on cost control, scheduling, and reporting</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Communicate with clients, architects, inspectors, and project stakeholders</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Oversee punch list completion and project closeout</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">7+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience with ground-up construction, renovations, and tenant improvements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong knowledge of construction documents, scheduling, and building systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">OSHA 10-Hour Certification required; additional safety certifications preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency with construction technology and Microsoft Office tools</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Physical &amp; Work Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work on active construction sites and lift up to 25 lbs regularly</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and navigate uneven terrain</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Valid driver’s license</span></li>\n</ul>",
