Supervisor will utilize analytical ability, communication, leadership and management skills. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">The Manager is responsible for developing a cohesive work flow of HIM department functions between changes of shifts.
