Remote | SaaS | High-Impact Leadership Role
Real Geeks looking for a hands-on sales leader to build, coach, and elevate a team of Account Executives in a fast-moving SaaS environment.
This is not a “sit back and manage” role. This is a player-coach position for someone who thrives in the details – coaching reps, improving conversion rates, and driving daily performance.
If you love turning good reps into great ones, building a high-performance culture, and winning as a team, this role is for you.
You’ll play a critical role in shaping our next phase of growth, building a team that performs at a high level, supports each other, and consistently wins.
This is a remote-work opportunity, ideal for candidates in or near Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA.

What You’ll Own
Team revenue performance and quota attainment
Coaching and development of Account Executives
Hiring and ramping new sales talent
Pipeline health, conversion rates, and deal execution
Building a positive, accountable, high-performance culture
What You’ll Do
Lead from the Front
Work closely with AEs on real deals, calls, and objections
Run effective pipeline and deal reviews
Jump in to help close deals when needed
Coach and Develop Talent
Conduct regular call reviews and 1:1 coaching
Build onboarding and ramp programs
Turn underperformers into contributors — or make clear decisions
Build a High-Performance Team
Recruit and hire strong AEs as we scale
Set clear expectations and performance standards
Create an environment where top performers thrive
Drive Results with Data
Track and improve conversion rates across the funnel
Identify performance gaps and act quickly
Maintain a strong command of team metrics
Partner Across the Business
Provide feedback to marketing and product based on real customer conversations
Advocate for what the sales team needs to succeed
Align with leadership and drive execution with the team
What Success Looks Like
You’re a visible, active presence on sales calls, demos, and coaching sessions daily
The AE team consistently exceeds goals through improved confidence, skill, and execution
Activity levels are high and conversion rates steadily climb
Collaboration between AEs, Marketing, and Sales Ops improves pipeline quality and close rates
Team morale is high, accountability is clear, and performance is consistently rising
What We’re Looking For
5–10+ years in sales, with experience leading AEs in a SaaS or transactional environment
Proven ability to coach reps and improve performance
Strong sales skills — you can sell, not just manage
Experience hiring and ramping successful sales talent
Data-driven and execution-focused
Positive, resilient, and comfortable holding a high bar
