Our creative team is the reason every piece that goes out the door looks the part.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>THE ROLE</strong></p><p>We&#39;re hiring a Senior Creative Specialist to share the production load on direct mail templates for our mortgage refinance and real estate clients &mdash; and to own the final word on quality before anything ships.</p><p>You&#39;re the person who notices the off-brand color in the call-out, and the disclaimer that mysteriously lost a footnote between version three and version four. If that sounds like a Tuesday, keep reading.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>This role lives on a remote team that moves quickly, owns its work, and treats production day like the high-stakes event it actually is.</em></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>WHAT YOU&#39;LL DO</strong></p><ul style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Build and execute creative for direct mail programs inside client and internal guidelines &mdash; you carry real production volume, not just supervise it</li><li>Serve as the senior proofreader for the creative team, catching copy, design, layout, and brand-alignment issues before pieces advance to upload</li><li>Verify document settings after upload to our mailing system so final output matches spec&nbsp;</li><li>Show up on production days as a hands-on problem-solver, unblocking the team and keeping the schedule on its feet</li><li>Triage the ticket queue, prioritize against deadlines, and flag risks before they become fires</li><li>Take projects from intake to execution at a consistently high standard</li><li>Translate product positioning, strategy, and audience into finished creative</li><li>Mentor junior creative specialists with feedback that actually helps them get better</li><li>Bring ideas to the table for sharper workflows, tighter QA, and cleaner handoffs across departments</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>WHAT YOU BRING</strong></p><ul style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><li>5+ years in a creative role inside an agency environment; direct mail, print production, or regulated-marketing experience is a strong plus</li><li>Working fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)</li><li>A track record of leading proofreading and QA for a creative team, with the kind of attention to detail that makes other people slightly nervous (in a good way)</li><li>Strong conceptual and design instincts paired with consistently polished, error-free output</li><li>The discipline to work independently in a remote setting, with a reliable high-speed connection and dedicated availability during work hours</li><li>Composure under deadline pressure &mdash; production days don&#39;t faze you</li><li>Project-management chops: prioritizing, juggling, and shipping on time across multiple projects</li><li>Strong cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>NICE TO HAVE</strong></p><ul style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Hands-on experience using AI tools in everyday creative workflows &mdash; ideation, proofreading, asset generation, larger projects</li><li>Familiarity with mailing systems and end-to-end production workflows</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>WHY LOANSURE</strong></p><p>We&#39;re a category leader with the work to prove it: 4.6M+ borrower conversations, 36.8% average quarterly client growth, and a creative team that ships polished, compliant, on-brand work at real volume.
