      "content": "\n<li>Great attitude and work ethic; ability to work well with others – Being a team player is a must!</li>\n<li>Professional appearance and manner</li>\n<li>Attention to written instructions: Able to follow assembly instructions, driving directions and other written documentation</li>\n<li>Ability to accurately gather materials for specific orders</li>\n<li>Customer service focus</li>\n<li>Experience accurately measuring and cutting carpentry materials required</li>\n<li>Must be able to repeatedly lift 50-75 lbs., climb and work from ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks associated with construction projects</li>\n<li>Safety-oriented</li>\n<li>Open to and able to learn</li>\n<li>Forklift certified is preferred but willing to train</li>\n<li>Experience stocking and pulling materials in a warehouse environment is preferred</li>\n<li>Experience in the window replacement industry is a plus</li>\n<li>Valid Driver's License and clean driving record is required</li>\n<li>Smart Phone, for job-related navigation and app use</li>\n<li>High school diploma or GED is required</li>\n<li>Ability to pass a drug test and background check</li>\n"
