Description Assistant Manager - Financial Reporting (FP&A and PMO) Responsibilities Lead financial planning and forecasting processes, developing detailed budgets and long-term financial plans. Conduct financial analysis to identify the key drivers of business performance and provide insights into areas for improvement. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports that reflect the company's financial performance against established financial targets. Manage the month-end financial close process (Accruals and Reconciliations) to ensure timely and accurate completion of financial statements, analysis, and reporting. Provide financial leadership by collaborating with functional leaders across the business to drive financial results, identify and mitigate risks, and promote continuous improvement. Ensure that all financial activities are following accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to provide financial insight and support to various business units. Develop and optimize financial processes to enhance efficiency and ensure consistency across the organization. Qualifications 7+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role. Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement. Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail. Knowledge of financial software and tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel)
