What to Expect As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward-thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our team. Located in our Salem, NH plant, you will be a Process Engineer. A Process Engineer is responsible for developing, configuring, and optimizing industrial processes from inception through to start-up and certification. Keys Responsibilities (to name a few) Optimize existing machine throughput. Support and design set-up parameters. Troubleshoot and solve process problems. Successfully introduce and support the use of new products into production. Support and facilitate facility and manufacturing safety, environmental and ergonomics efforts. Assist and design changes to the product or process to increase productivity and improve product quality. Create standard work instructions. Provide technical leadership with hands on approach to manufacturing process. Facilitate implementation, integration and acceptance of process controls. Design new products/processes and next generation equipment Lead Continuous Improvement Teams Supervisory Responsibilities None Assigns tasks to and coordinates work with entry-level engineers, technicians, or administrative staff. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies Requirements and Preferred Skills BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or strongly related field and 3 years relevant experience Sig Sigma Green or Black Belt strongly desired 8 years of experience can be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree PAY & BENEFITS Full-Time Relocation is not provided Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hire Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued 401(k): 3% company contribution and additional 3% company match Tuition Reimbursement
