    "description": "<h2>Opportunity</h2>\n<p>PeopleTec is currently seeking a <strong>Developer </strong>to support our <strong>Huntsville, AL</strong> location.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Functions:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop ETL mappings to extract data from a source data system (databases, files, etc.), transform the data based on business requirements and load the data into a target data system (databases, files, etc.). </li>\n <li><p>Conduct performance tuning of the mappings developed to ensure that the data is extracted, transformed, and loaded in a reasonable amount of time based on the requirements. </p></li>\n <li><p>Develop Business Intelligence (BI) reports using BI software and perform unit testing of the reports developed. </p></li>\n <li><p>Work on multiple phases of the Development Life Cycle (requirements, design, development, testing and deployment) of BI Dashboard and reports. </p></li>\n <li><p>Develop required documentation in support of the development life cycle.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><u></u><strong><u>Required Skills/Experience</u>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Senior: 8 years of IT experience</li>\n <li>SME: 10 years of IT experience</li>\n <li>5+ years experience with Perl, Linux RedHat.</li>\n <li>Experience with Oracle Label Security and PL/SQL is highly desired.</li>\n <li><p>Proficiency with Power BI, data analysis, data query, data aggregation, data visualization, software development, system architecture, data transformation, data management, and big data technology.</p></li>\n <li><p>Capable of utilizing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.</p></li>\n <li><p>Experienced in writing complex statements, scripts, stored procedures, triggers, and views implement business intelligence and data warehousing solutions.</p></li>\n <li><p>Solid foundation in, and application of, data warehousing and reporting platform concepts with ability to recommend solutions and drive best practices.</p></li>\n <li><p>Familiarity with multiple business intelligence environments is preferred.</p></li>\n <li>Travel: 10 %</li>\n <li>Must be a U.S. Citizen</li>\n <li>An active DoD <strong>Top Secret</strong> clearance <strong>with SCI eligibility</strong> is required to perform this work.
