Carry out a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks such as, plumbing, carpentry, light electrical, masonry plaster and&#160;office fixtures/equipment installation among others<br><br>2. Perform work involving maintenance/craft skills to carry out general maintenance including: building and site repairs,&#160;fencing, painting, floor and wall tiling, cleaning footpaths, rubbish and recycling bins, etc.&#160;<br><br>3. Deal with general items of repair and maintenance in the interior and exterior of the building: e.g. putting up shelves,&#160;changing light bulbs, moving furniture, cleaning lamp shades, cleaning windows. Carrying out routine checks, repairs and&#160; maintenance of site equipment, and the exterior of the building.<br><br><b>Qualifications:</b>&#160;<br><br>1. Technical College Degree preferred.&#160;<br><br>2. High school diploma with 2+ years of Facilities experience required or any equivalent combination of education, training,&#160;and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.<br><br>3. Driver&#8217;s license of PR<br><br><b>PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT</b>: (the physical demands and work environment characteristic are&#160;representative of activities encountered while performing the essential functions of the job. Reasonable accommodations may&#160;be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.<br><br>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, feel, or operate&#160;equipments, tools, or controls. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, talk, or hear; sit; climb or balance, stoop,&#160;kneel, crouch or crawl; and smell. The employee may lift and/or move up to 25-35 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up&#160;<br>to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception,&#160;and the ability to adjust focus.<br><br>He / she may frequently work inside weather conditions, near moving mechanical parts, exposed to wet and or humid&#160;conditions, and an odorous atmosphere, may be exposed to fumes and the risk of electrical shock, and occasionally work on&#160;ladders in high places, in small spaces, such as lift/metering stations, manholes, tanks and wet wells.
