    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Summary</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The A&amp;P Line Mechanic supporting operations line must accurately repair and perform scheduled maintenance on all airplanes and perform inspections as required by the FAA. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Essential Function</span></span></p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Fully analyzes all required blueprints, drawings, work orders and sketches to troubleshoot, repair and install desired product or part. Detects errors and corrects through proper departmental channels. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Professionally trains and leads other employees in proper work techniques.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist the shop with meeting schedule needs to make on-time delivery of the aircraft to support missions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Inspects all aircraft parts for damage, prior to installation. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Accurately estimates hours and materials for scheduled jobs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Works effectively with engineering in recommending design enhancements and productivity improvement.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Operates all required ground support equipment. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Effectively troubleshoots and repairs all aircraft and customer systems. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Prompt and regular attendance.</span><br></li>\n</ol>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Position Type and Expected Hours of Work</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are primarily Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with a one hour unpaid lunch. However, evening and weekend shifts may be required as job duties demand.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Travel</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">CONUS and OCONUS travel is required.
