ILS, along with its affiliated health plans known as Florida Community Care and Florida Complete Care, is committed to promoting a higher quality of life and maximizing independence for all vulnerable populations.</p><p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p>The Routing &amp; Dispatch Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and timely movement of goods and services by managing the routing and dispatching of vehicles. This position is responsible for coordinating daily schedules, optimizing routes to reduce costs and delivery times, and responding promptly to any logistical challenges that arise. The specialist acts as a communication hub between drivers, customers, and management to maintain smooth operations and high service standards. By leveraging technology and data analysis, the role aims to improve overall operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
