Recognized in the industry for setting new standards in providing fast, high quality and accredited calibration services with laboratory locations across North America</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Utilize your leadership skills to continue our growth by empowering lab personnel expand their calibration skills while developing lean processes and robust quality systems.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Driving company vehicle to pick-up and/or drop off equipment to customers place of business</li>\n <li>Document customer orders and order instructions</li>\n <li>Load and unload delivery vehicle</li>\n <li>Issue or obtain customer signature on receipt for pick-up or delivery</li>\n <li>Cleans company vehicle as necessary</li>\n <li>Monitor routine maintenance for company vehicle and coordinate with manager if necessary repairs are needed</li>\n <li>Resolve and document customer complaints or issues</li>\n <li>Routinely interact with customers as deliveries and/or pick-ups are made</li>\n <li>Assist with shipping & receiving as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>3+ years driving experience with a valid driver’s license and acceptable driver history</li>\n <li>Must be detail oriented</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education and/or Experience:</strong></p>\n<p>Minimum of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
