Responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Regional travel required in the BRH multi-county service area.</li>\n <li>Act as a billing resource </li>\n <li>Preparing and submitting clean claims to various insurance payers</li>\n <li>Claim error resolution; initiate communication needed to resolve claim issues, monitor until issues are resolved, escalating as needed </li>\n <li>Track rejections and recommend improvements for billing</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We're Looking For:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office products</li>\n <li>Outstanding written and verbal communication</li>\n <li>Knowledge of insurance payer requirements</li>\n <li>Basic knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 codes</li>\n <li>Medical billing: 1 year, preferred</li>\n <li>Electronic Health Records and Practice Management Systems experience, preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About Blue Ridge Health:</h2>\n<p>At Blue Ridge Health our mission is to improve Health, inspire Hope, and advance Healing through access to Compassionate, Affordable, and Quality Care.
