Must fill out Internship Application with respective college before internship starts. ** What You’ll Be Doing: · Engaging with homeowners at retail stores, tradeshows, and high-traffic community events. · Starting conversations, building rapport, and uncovering customer needs through effective communication. · Marketing our unique products to a diverse audience. · Generating high-quality sales leads and scheduling free, in-home consultations for our sales team. · Educating potential customers on our industry-leading window and door solutions. · Using persuasion and influence to encourage homeowners to take the next step. · Attending monthly professional development meetings with executive leaders. · Conduct final project presentations to leadership with an award ceremony to conclude.
