You will overseeing the development, enhancement, and management of our product. The successful candidate will be collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding market trends, and ensuring that our product aligns with the company's strategy.<br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities<br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead discovery activities: customer interviews, data analysis, competitive research, and hypothesis validation.</li>\n<li>Prioritize the backlog based on business metrics (revenue impact, retention, adoption) and user value.</li>\n<li>Write and decompose requirements: PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.</li>\n<li>Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams: engineering, design, analytics, marketing and operations.</li>\n<li>Define and track key product metrics to ensure sustainable growth.</li>\n<li>Engage with stakeholders: business owners, senior leadership, payment operations and regulators.</li>\n<li>Participate in go-to-market processes.</li>\n<li>Monitor market trends, scheme rule changes, and regulatory developments in the payments and fintech space.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements<br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner, including at least 3 year in payments domain.</li>\n<li>Experience with payment orchestration systems.</li>\n<li>Exceptional structuring skills: ability to break down complex problems into clear frameworks and actionable plans.</li>\n<li>Strong command of prioritization frameworks.</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Metabase, Tableau).</li>\n<li>Proven ability to write PRDs, user stories, JTBD, and customer journey maps.</li>\n<li>Foundational understanding of payments infrastructure: payment integration, payment rails, acquiring, scheme compliance, settlement, and reconciliation.</li>\n<li>Experience running A/B tests and making data-driven decisions.</li>\n<li>Ownership mindset with the ability to operate under ambiguity and manage priority conflicts.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders.</li>\n<li>High level of user empathy combined with an analytical, data-backed mindset.</li>\n<li>English proficiency at B2 level or above.<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Interview steps</span><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recruiter screen (~30 minutes).</li>\n<li>Technical Interview with the team (~1 hour).</li>\n<li>Final Interview with managers (~1 hour).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Our benefits</span><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent compensation package</li>\n<li>Medical and life insurance</li>\n<li>Provident fund</li>\n<li>In-house gym with a personal trainer</li>\n<li>Free daily lunch catering, snacks, and beverages</li>\n<li>Company discount card for various products &amp; services</li>\n<li>50% discount on language courses with a tutor</li>\n<li>21 days of annual leave and 10 days of sick leave annually</li>\n<li>Shuttle bus service from Limassol</li>\n<li>Birthday certificate program</li>\n</ul>",
