    "description": "<h2>Our Company</h2>\n<p>Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation</p>\n<p></p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>ELEVATE YOUR CAREER & MAKE AN IMPACT WITH HOME AND COMMUNITY!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Who we are looking for:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Are you an experienced LMSW passionate about providing counseling services that support an individual’s physical, mental, cognitive, and emotional adjustment through recovery?</li>\n <li>You provide therapeutic interventions and resource recommendations that address patient’s goals to achieve their personal, career, and independent living goals in the most integrated setting possible </li>\n <li>You value professional autonomy, teamwork, communication, and collaboration to maximize patient’s recovery</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>What will you get:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Flexible Schedule Created by You</li>\n <li>Paid per hour (not just per visit)</li>\n <li>Driving, Travel, Mileage Reimbursement</li>\n <li>Growth/Advancement Opportunities</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong><u>What you will do: (responsibilities listed are included but not limited to)</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Performs comprehensive evaluations, assessing the social, emotional and support needs of the patients and their families</li>\n <li>Sets measurable objectives that are formulated in conjunction with the rehab team</li>\n <li>Assists the physician and other health team members in understanding the significant social and emotional factors related to the patient's health problems</li>\n <li>Instructs/counsels’ patients and families in treating and coping with social and emotional response connected with illnesses</li>\n <li>Participates in care coordination activities and acts as a resource to other health team members in the identification and resolution of patient needs</li>\n <li>Identifies and assists the patient and/or family to utilize appropriate community resources to achieve measurable objectives</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>What you’ll need:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work (LCSW)</li>\n <li>Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker Licensure in the state of practice</li>\n <li>Minimum of one year experience in a rehabilitation setting serving individuals who have experienced a traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury or acute diagnosis</li>\n <li>Current BLS (Basic Life Support) First Aid and CPR certification required</li>\n <li>Ability to lift 50 pounds</li>\n <li>Moving, lifting, or transferring of patients which may involve lifting of up to 100 pounds following safety procedures</li>\n <li>Duties require fine motor skills, visual acuity, and walking/ standing for extended periods</li>\n <li>Additional physical requirements include pushing/pulling, bending/stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning frequently at times</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About our Line of Business</h2>Rehab Without Walls, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is a revolutionary neurorehabilitation program that moves individuals outside the walls of institutional settings and into their natural home and community environment through a continuum of care.
