This role supervises a team of crisis staff, oversees after-hours and weekend operations, and ensures compliance with all agency, funder, and accreditation standards.</p><p data-start=\"959\" data-end=\"1271\">The position operates primarily <strong data-start=\"991\" data-end=\"1001\">remote</strong>, with the expectation of attending <strong data-start=\"1037\" data-end=\"1100\">occasional in-person meetings, orientation, and team events</strong> at the Park Forest office.
