      "content": "\n<li>Serve as the bridge between business strategy, engineering build plans, and operational supply chain execution</li>\n<li>Build demand planning models based on market data and “what if” scenarios that analyze new product introductions</li>\n<li>Partner with Manufacturing Operations to plan factory capacity based on demand, mitigate risks, and prioritize requirements during supply constraints.</li>\n<li>Forecast demand versus supply, define key factory metrics (e.g., forecast accuracy, fulfillment rate), and report performance to leadership</li>\n<li>Manage clear-to-build (CTB), material readiness, and risk visibility across NPI, including risk releases, E&amp;O, and mitigation plans</li>\n<li>Drive scalable supply &amp; demand planning processes, lead continuous improvements, and deliver clear weekly executive updates</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>Bachelor’s degree</li>\n<li>At minimum 6+ years of professional experience, including experience in supply &amp; demand management and/or materials management</li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive management and large, cross-functional groups</li>\n<li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to evaluate and analyze data to enable operational decision-making</li>\n"
