          "text": "<p>NBCUniversal is searching for an Associate Engineer, Production Support for NBCU's Operations &amp; Technology (O&amp;T), based at the Telemundo Center facility located in Miami, FL. O&amp;T supports Enterprise Technology, Broadcast, and Production systems across NBCU globally.</p><p>The Associate Engineer is responsible for providing best-in-class live television production support for NBCU, supporting live and scripted/unscripted productions. &#xa0;This position will also support the projects team, where and as required, to implement changes, enhancements, and support technology refresh and expansion projects.</p><p>Primary Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Provide technical support and support maintenance of a broadcast production environment consisting of multiple studios and production control rooms.</li><li>Support virtualization and cloud initiatives, continuing deployment of virtual production systems both on-premise and in the cloud.</li><li>Maintain production systems by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health.</li><li>Resolve support requests, monitor ticketing systems for new issues and assigned tasks, and performing preventative maintenance as assigned.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Television Production, or related fields, or equivalent work experience.</li><li>1+ years of&#xa0;recent experience supporting television production, streaming, or master control environments at enterprise level or for enterprise clients&#xa0;</li><li>Proficient in both Linux/Windows operating systems.</li></ul><p>Preferred Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Ability to provide clear, decisive feedback while being prepared to pivot or change course when appropriate.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and communication skills.</li><li>Understanding of AWS/Azure architecture and core services.</li><li>Experience with programming, in one of these languages a plus: Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.</li><li>Experience with systems monitoring tools such as Datadog, Op5, New Relic, etc.</li></ul>",
