This role is the engine room of the zone. Operations Associates make sure vendors, riders, and agents are set up for success every day. You’ll handle the bulk of operational tasks, data checks, and system follow-ups that keep everything running smoothly.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This is not a 9-to-5 role. It’s fast-paced, demanding, and will often require varying hours and shifts. But if you’re ambitious, competitive, and hungry to prove yourself, this is an opportunity to launch your career in tech and operations at scale, learning directly from experienced operators and building the foundation to grow into future leadership roles.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">In this role you'll be required to:</span></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the first line of response for requests in your assigned zone, routing issues to the right owners when needed.</li>\n<li>Monitor dashboards and communication channels to quickly identify, prioritize and respond to operational issues in your assigned zone.</li>\n<li>Support the operational readiness and performance of riders, vendors and agents through onboarding, training, scheduling and routine checks.</li>\n<li>Manage order exceptions and escalations to ensure timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Handle routine operational queries and issues, escalating sensitive or priority matters to the Assistant Zonal Manager.</li>\n<li>Coordinate operational resources and assets in partnership with zonal leadership.</li>\n<li>Work closely with the Assistant Zonal Manager to bring up improvement opportunities and support their implementation</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">You’re perfect for the Operations Associate role if you:</span></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Graduated with a 1st class or 2:1 from a reputable university.</li>\n<li>Are hungry, competitive, and willing to put in the long hours needed to succeed in a high-growth startup.</li>\n<li>Have strong problem-solving skills and can think quickly on your feet.</li>\n<li>Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once.</li>\n<li>Communicate clearly and confidently, whether with teammates, agents, riders, or vendors.</li>\n<li>Have a great attitude, willingness to learn, and resilience to keep going when things get tough.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">We'll be extra impressed if you:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have a track record of excellence beyond academics</li>\n<li>Have prior exposure to startup environments.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Beyond the paycheck, Chowdeck employees get:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full medical coverage</li>\n<li>MacBook for your work</li>\n<li>Smart, kind colleagues invested in your growth</li>\n<li>Opportunities for rapid career progression</li>\n<li>Housing Assistance</li>\n<li>Lunch allowance</li>\n</ul>",
