This position will have full responsibility for profit and loss performance and reporting and as such, it will fall on the CRS Region Manager to create an operating budget, control costs, build a loyal clientele, meet financial objectives and establish good employee relations. The CRS Region Manager must address employee and customer complaints in a timely manner, with the focus being to establish and maintain an efficient and pleasant work atmosphere and loyal customer following.",
