"ShortDescriptionStr": "This position helps provide and maintain facilities which give Church members places where they can worship, teach, learn, pray together, make and renew covenants, and receive sacred ordinances. Each Church facility that is built and/or maintained should 1) Provide a spiritual setting for members to worship, and 2) Present an image of reverence and dignity in the community.\n\nNOTE: This position is currently defined as a Project Manager role with responsibility for construction execution and delivery. Effective January 1, 2027, the role will transition to a Regional Owner’s Representative (ROR), shifting from direct project management to owner-level oversight. This includes evaluating project performance across quality, cost, schedule, and risk, and influencing outcomes through alignment with organizational standards rather than day-to-day execution. Candidates should be comfortable operating in both environments and evolving toward a more strategic, oversight-focused leadership role.",
