Other duties may be assigned.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>•</strong>Manages the activities of department sales and administrative staff.<strong>•</strong>Manages department sales goals.<strong>•</strong>Manages department budget.<strong>•</strong>Coordinates marketing programs.<strong>•</strong>Supports customer satisfaction.<strong>•</strong>Oversees department employee training</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Supervisory Responsibilities</p>\n<p>Directly supervises 2 to 3 employees in the Used Machine Sales Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
