We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and growing environment to join our team as an Associate Director-Director. As a key member of the Toxicology Department, you will:&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Lead and own all in vitro and in vivo non-clinical toxicology activities (non-GLP &amp; GLP) for multiple programs. Design and communicate customized toxicology strategies for each program. Currently, all programs involve small molecules for oncology indications&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Serve as the toxicology representative: attend program meetings, collaborate with cross-functional team leads (e.g., DMPK and pharmacology), and guide project team leaders regarding toxicology and safety plans and timelines&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Plan, design, and oversee the execution of all outsourced CRO collaborations for toxicology and safety studies&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Manage, edit, and finalize collaborators’ (CRO) study reports in a timely manner &nbsp;</li><li>Analyze, interpret, present, and communicate all preclinical toxicology and safety study findings&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Make key recommendations to project teams for mitigation strategies and next steps&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Author high-quality regulatory documents to support filings such as IND, CTA, NDA, and IB&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Be an integral part of BBOT’s culture: <em>Hope through rigorous science</em>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p>",
