You’ll rotate across multiple desks, gain real exposure to our products and clients, and receive hands-on training from experienced colleagues.</p><p style=\"min-height: 1.7em;\"></p><p>Alongside these desk rotations, you’ll follow a program that includes professional skill-building sessions, targeted sales and negotiation training, personal development sessions, and fun activities together. Throughout the program, we’ll help you uncover your strengths and develop the mindset and skills needed to thrive in brokering.</p><p style=\"min-height: 1.7em;\"></p><p>We don’t expect you to have it all figured out yet.
