These roles are central to the early development of employment litigation matters, requiring a high level of client engagement, legal analysis, and collaboration with attorneys.</p><p>The ideal candidates will bring <strong>prior experience in a law office or legal environment,</strong> with a strong preference for those who have worked in <strong>employment law or civil litigation.</strong> You must be comfortable managing a <strong>high caseload</strong>, conducting sensitive client interviews by phone, and drafting professional, analytical summaries for legal review.&#xa0;Success in this role requires <strong>excellent English communication skills,</strong> both written and verbal, along with <strong>strong legal writing abilities</strong> and <strong>a high degree of attention to detail.</strong> You should be <strong>highly organized,</strong> a proactive team player, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
